Magnesium is not one thing. We chose taurate and pure, unbuffered bisglycinate for their distinct roles in the formula, then declared how much elemental magnesium each one provides.

Some bisglycinate supplements are mixed with magnesium oxide, which can raise the elemental magnesium figure on the label. Ours is not. We use pure magnesium bisglycinate and declare exactly what it provides.
